为便于展示及便于消费者识别销售的货品,玻璃门体已经成为商用冷柜必不可少的设计,而高分子材料成为玻璃门体门框设计中的首选。其中PVC材料即聚氯乙烯,价格便宜,应用广泛,在室外有广泛的应用,如门框、窗框、管道等。然而,在阳光、热、氧及水等的因素下,PVC制品会发生严重降解,颜色泛黄,力学性能下降等现象。本文主要研究了商用柜门体边框在室外使用中,产生的褪色问题,并介绍PVC材料的变色原因及解决方式。

In order to display the goods that are easily to be identified by the consumers, the glass door has become essential to the design of the commercial freezers, and polymer materials become the first choice for the design of the glass door. Among them, PVC material is cheap and widely used in the outdoor facilities, such as door frames, window frames and pipes etc. However, under the impact of sun, heat, oxygen and water, PVC products will be of serious degradation, become yellow with declined mechanical properties. This paper intro-duces the reasons for the color changes of PVC and the corresponding solutions.
