　　本文通过对3种缓释型保鲜材料在冰箱中进行不制冷、冰箱稳定运行情况下的气味评价测试，以及小白菜的储藏效果评价测试，初步研究了3种材料的应用效果。结果表明，缓释型材料有一定的消除冰箱塑料味的效果，对于新鲜蔬菜在储藏过程中的感官、重量损失率变化没有很明显的保鲜效果。

In this paper, the application effect of three slow-release materials for fresh-keeping in the re-frigerator were studied by the odor evaluation test in the case of the refrigerator was not cooling and stable opera-tion and the storage test of Chinese cabbage. The results show that the slow-release materials could eliminate plastic odor in the refrigerator, and had not obvious preservation effect on the sense for fresh vegetable and the weight loss rate during storage.
