文章借用著名民主革命家孙中山先生关于革命和建国的理论,与英语自主学习糅合在一起,阐释出关于英语学习的全新观点。其中“三民主义”作为革命救国口号,重点在“民”;而在英语自主学习中“民”为学生自己,自主“权”应系于“民”;“建国三时期——军政、训政、宪政”是孙中山提出的国民党政党理论。在英语自主学习中,教师为“党”,以“党”建国,但不能以“党”代“政”。在教师帮助下,经过逐步扩大学生权力的三个步骤,最终实现学生自主学习、和谐运行的“民权”和“宪政”状态。

By virtue of the notable democratic revolutionary fighter, Sun Yat-sen's theories on revolution and states, combined with Learner autonomy of English, this thesis expounds the whole new standpoint in English learning. Thereinto, as the revolutionary slogan for rescuing state,“The Three People's Principles” fo-cus on the “People”; In the process of learners' autonomy study of English, “People” is the learners them-selves, so the autonomy“right” should belong to the“People”; And“The Three Period of Establishing State ”is a nationalist party theory brought up by Sun Yat-sen. In the process of Learner autonomy, teacher equals to the“party”, contributing to the“state”, but not replace the“government”. With the help of teacher, through the three procedures which enlarge the student's rights gradually, the circumstance of democratic rights and constitution will be achieved, under which students can learn by themselves.
