目的通过研究乳猪腮腺放射治疗前后弥散加权成像的变化,探讨弥散加权成像对乳猪腮腺放射性损伤的诊断价值。方法12只乳猪分成两组,对照组4只,放疗组8只。放疗组乳猪经麻醉后实施单剂量放疗。所有乳猪均行MR常规检查和弥散加权成像检查。测量各组乳猪腮腺的ADC值,记录放疗前后腮腺组织的改变情况。结果放疗前,对照组以及放疗组左、右侧乳猪腮腺唾液流率的差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05),对照组和放疗组的ADC值之间差异无统计学意义(P跃0.05)。放疗后,对照组乳猪的腮腺唾液流率稍有升高,而放疗组乳猪的腮腺唾液流率以及相应的ADC值均有不同程度的降低,放疗组左、右侧及对照组乳猪腮腺唾液流率的差异均有统计学意义(P约0.05)。结论 ADC值可一定程度地反映腮腺放疗后组织内微观结构的改变,弥散加权成像可为监测乳猪腮腺放射性损伤提供一种方法。

Objective To evaluate the diagnostic value of diffusion weighted imaging (DWI)for assessing radiation damage to parotid glands of miniature pigs. Methods Miniature pigs were exposed to single-dose radiation on either the left or right parotid gland(n=8)or they were not exposed to radiation(n=4),then all pigs were examined by conventional magnetic resonance imaging and DWI.Pathological changes and ADC values for parotid glands were recorded before and after irradiation. Results Before irradiation, the three groups did not differ significantly in salivary flow rate or ADC value(P>0.05).The flow rate increased slightly in the control group over the course of the study,and both flow rate and ADC value were significantly lower in the irradiated groups than in the control group (P<0.05).In addition,the two groups irradiated on the left or right parotid differed significantly in flow rate and ADC value(P<0.05). Conclusions The ADC value may indicate microstructural changes in parotid gland tissue after irradiation,and DWI may prove a useful method for monitoring parotid gland radiosensitivity.
