以 GB/T 6396-2008《复合钢板力学及工艺性能试验方法》中规定的剪切试样尺寸为基础,利用 ABAQUS 软件模拟分析复合层凸台尺寸对剪切试样弹塑性变形及界面应力分布的影响规律,为研究和评价复合界面提供依据。结果表明,当剪切试样受剪面宽度和复材厚度之比 W/ac<2时,有利于提高界面应力的均匀性,而当 W/ac=1.5时,减小复合层厚度会使界面应力分布更加均匀。
以 GB/T 6396-2008《複閤鋼闆力學及工藝性能試驗方法》中規定的剪切試樣呎吋為基礎,利用 ABAQUS 軟件模擬分析複閤層凸檯呎吋對剪切試樣彈塑性變形及界麵應力分佈的影響規律,為研究和評價複閤界麵提供依據。結果錶明,噹剪切試樣受剪麵寬度和複材厚度之比 W/ac<2時,有利于提高界麵應力的均勻性,而噹 W/ac=1.5時,減小複閤層厚度會使界麵應力分佈更加均勻。

Effect of overlaying material dimensions on the elastic and plastic deformation behaviour and stress distribution at interface of the shearing test piece was analysed using ABAQUS software based on Chinese standard GB/T 6396 -2008“Testing method of mechanics and technological property of cladding steel”, which would be the instruction for test piece processing and mechanical property assessment of cladding steel plates. It was shown that the ratio of width in shearing plane and cladding material thickness W/ac<2, would improve the stress distribution during test, and decrease the dimension of cladding material under the condition W/ac=1.5, would be helpful to the uniformity of stress distribution at interface.
