通过高温扩散试验分析了高温扩散温度、时间对液析碳化物的影响,结论为提高扩散温度对材料均质化效果的作用较延长保温时间更为显著。因此在实际生产制定高温扩散工艺时,在保证钢锭不过热、过烧的情况下,尽量选择较高的扩散温度,较短的扩散时间,这样既可以提高辊坯质量又可以缩短生产周期。在MC5辊坯的实际生产中,我们采用1200~1220℃进行高温扩散,从液析的检验结果看,95%以上在2.5级以下,这说明实际生产的扩散温度、时间较为合理。

Analyzing the influence of high temperature diffusion temperature, time on liquation carbide, it’s concluded that homogenization effect on the steel by improving diffusion temperature is better than that by prolonging the soaking time. So when the high temperature diffusion process is formulated for the actual production process, under the condition of assuring the ingot not overheating and overburning, higher diffusion temperature and shorter diffusion time shall be selected as much as possible, so as to improve the quality of roller billet and shorten the production cycle. During the production of MC5 roller billet, high temperature diffusion temperature of 1200-1220℃is used. The inspection results of liquation carbides show that rate of 95%of liquation carbide is below 2.5 grade which indicate that the diffusion temperature and time for practical production are reasonable.
