在简述国内冶金石灰碳含量和活性度指标现状的基础上,提出了石灰中的碳有杂质碳、原生碳和再生碳等三种存在形式,分析了各种形式碳的生成原因和分布特征,利用SEM和EPMA检测了两种典型石灰窑生产的石灰的微观形貌和再生碳分布情况,并提出了降低石灰中不同形式碳的多种技术措施。

Based on analysis of the carbon content and index of activity-degree of metallurgical lime situation in our country, the article showed that carbon in lime existed in three forms:impurity carbon, primary carbon, regenerated carbon and analyzed the formation reasons and distribution characteristics of various forms of carbon. The micro-morphology and regenerated carbon distribution of lime manufactured by two typical lime kilns were detected by SEM and EPMA. Various countermeasures to reduce the content of different forms of carbon in lime had been given.
