China's edible flower is rich in resources, there are good prospects for development, but the existence of industrial technology content is low, low brand awareness, problem of standard construction lag restricted the healthy development of industry. This paper studied the current situation of edible flowers industry in China, in-depth analysis on the existing problems, and puts forward effective measures.
