　　文化认同是文化发展的内在动力，是维系社会繁荣富强的基石。本文以当代维吾尔语短篇小说《刀郎青年》x 在表层叙述之下隐藏着的深层文化因素为研究对象，从家庭关系、人际关系以及传统文化的传承等几个方面深入探讨，力图展现作家祖尔东?萨比尔在作品中宣扬的理念：认同和继承传统文化，为构建和谐社会提供坚定的理想信念支撑和思想道德支撑。

Cultural identity is both the internal dynamics of cultural development and the cornerstone of societal prosperity. This paper mainly investigates the concealed cultural phenomena that are intertwined with the depiction of the Uyghur story —”Dolan’s youth” in terms of the familial relationships, interpersonal relationships and the traditional culture inheritance with the aim to reveal the salient beliefs the writer Zor-dun Sabir intended to convey: to identify and inherit the traditional culture provides with the development of the harmonious socialist society a firm support of ideals, beliefs and ethics. They are the source of con-solidating community solidarity, and lay a solid socio-psychological foundation for developing a harmonious interethnic relationship.
