　　“功利文学观”是学术界对梁启超前期激进文学思想的基本定位并得到广泛认同，然而对造成其“功利文学观”的思想根源的探究却颇为少见，而它正是国家主义。20世纪初期国家主义曾被梁启超作为救国良方而大力宣扬，其时间长达二十余年，其内容涉及中国社会的诸多领域，以至于国家主义成为梁氏一生中最为核心的思想。国家主义作为梁氏一生中最为核心的思想，对其文学实践影响巨大。事实上，梁启超对于国家主义的不同态度，直接影响其文学思想的价值取向，导致前后期文学思想呈现出截然异面的风貌。因此，国家主义成为深入解读梁氏前期激进文学思想亦或是后期文学思想转向的密匙。

“Utilitarian literary perspective” was the basic comment by the academic circles on Liang Qichao’s early radical literary thoughts and was well acknowledged. However, little research has been done to dug its source. In the early 20th century, nationalism was looked upon as the best national salvation recipe by Liang Qichao and became the core ideology in his life. Nationalism tremendously impacted Liang Qichao’s literary ideology. Liang Qichao’s attitudes to nationalism directly influenced his ideology in his early and later literature, thus his literary ideology presented distinct styles and features. Therefore, nationalism is a secret key to the in-depth interpretation of Liang Qichao’s literary ideology.
