　　近年来，我国高职院校取得很大进步，成为高等教育大众化的主要载体。高职教育最重要的资源是教师，而加强高职教师教学水平则成为提高高职教学质量的根本保证，因此，我国高职院校教师教学能力和教学观念需要不断地提高与创新。探究如何提升高职教师教学能力，培养“多能合一”型高职教师，对促进我国高等职业教育持续健康发展具有现实意义。

In recent years,higher vocational colleges in China have made great progress,become the main carrier of the popularization of higher education. The resources of higher vocational education is the most important to teachers,and strengthening the teaching level of vocational teachers are the most fundamental guarantee of improving teaching quality of higher education,therefore,teaching ability of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges in our country and the teaching ideas need to constantly improve and innovation. To explore how to improve teaching skills training,“how can one”type of vocational teachers,it has realistic significance to the promotion of higher occupation education in China's sustained and healthy development.
