结合辽宁营口沿海经济带石化产业发展现状，从规模经济、市场竞争、环境保护、国家政策四大方面分析了培育营口沿海经济带石化产业集群的原因，提出了培育石化产业集群的措施：培育石化核心企业、依托龙头企业强化石化产业项目、培育营口沿海经济带石化产业链、完善石化产业集群支撑体系等。
結閤遼寧營口沿海經濟帶石化產業髮展現狀，從規模經濟、市場競爭、環境保護、國傢政策四大方麵分析瞭培育營口沿海經濟帶石化產業集群的原因，提齣瞭培育石化產業集群的措施：培育石化覈心企業、依託龍頭企業彊化石化產業項目、培育營口沿海經濟帶石化產業鏈、完善石化產業集群支撐體繫等。
결합료녕영구연해경제대석화산업발전현상，종규모경제、시장경쟁、배경보호、국가정책사대방면분석료배육영구연해경제대석화산업집군적원인，제출료배육석화산업집군적조시：배육석화핵심기업、의탁룡두기업강화석화산업항목、배육영구연해경제대석화산업련、완선석화산업집군지탱체계등。
Combined with present development situation of petrochemical industry in Yingkou coastal economic zone, the paper analyzes the reason of cultivating the coastal economic belt of Yingkou petrochemical industry clus -ter from four aspects of economic scale, market competition, environmental protection, national policy.It puts for-ward the measures of Petrochemical Industrial Cluster: cultivating core enterprise, relying on the leading petro-chemical enterprises to strengthen the cultivation of petrochemical industry project , cultivating Yingkou Coast Eco-nomic Zone petrochemical industry chain , and improving the petrochemical industrial cluster support system .
