　　加强廉政文化建设是守卫高校廉洁的重要手段。在分析廉政文化内涵及其发展趋势的基础上，阐述了加强高校廉政文化建设的必要性，提出了新时期建设的原则和主要任务，建议要从树立廉政价值观、丰富内涵、提高品位、健全制度、完善机制、建设平台、培养抓手、理论研究和实践创新等方面着手，推进高校廉政文化建设。
