目的:探讨海参小分子肽对运动小鼠血清睾酮含量以及睾丸组织丙二醛(MDA)和超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)的影响。方法:30只KM雄性小鼠随机分为安静对照组(C)、有氧运动组(T1)、补充海参小分子肽有氧运动组(T2)、无氧运动组(T3)和补充海参小分子肽无氧运动组(T4),其中T1、T2、T3、T4组分别进行不同方式的跑台训练,持续6周后,观察各组小鼠血清睾酮和睾丸组织MDA、SOD含量。结果:运动组小鼠血睾酮、SOD、MDA含量都有变化,但T3、T4组较T1、T2组变化显著,T1、T3组较T2、T4组变化显著。结论:补充海参小分子肽可以改善运动训练尤其是有氧运动训练导致的小鼠血清睾酮水平下降。

목적:탐토해삼소분자태대운동소서혈청고동함량이급고환조직병이철(MDA)화초양화물기화매(SOD)적영향。방법:30지KM웅성소서수궤분위안정대조조(C)、유양운동조(T1)、보충해삼소분자태유양운동조(T2)、무양운동조(T3)화보충해삼소분자태무양운동조(T4),기중T1、T2、T3、T4조분별진행불동방식적포태훈련,지속6주후,관찰각조소서혈청고동화고환조직MDA、SOD함량。결과:운동조소서혈고동、SOD、MDA함량도유변화,단T3、T4조교T1、T2조변화현저,T1、T3조교T2、T4조변화현저。결론:보충해삼소분자태가이개선운동훈련우기시유양운동훈련도치적소서혈청고동수평하강。
Objective:to study the effect of the sea cucumber small molecule peptide on the levels of the serum testosterone of the exercising mice and testicular tissue malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD). Methods:30 male KM mice are randomly divided into four groups:the quiet group(C),the aerobic exercise group (T1),aerobic exercise group with small molecules added sea cucumber peptide(T2),anaerobic exercise group(T3) and anaerobic exercise group with sea cucumber small molecule peptide(T4). T1,T2,T3 and T4 are given treadmill training in different ways. The content of MDA and SOD of the testosterone and testicular tissue of the mice in each group is observed in six weeks. Results:the content of blood testosterone,SOD and MDA of the exercising groups of the mice all changed,while T3 and T4 changed more significantly than T1 and T2,T1 and T3 changed more significantly than T2 and T4. Conclusion: the complement sea cucumber small molecule peptide can improve sports training, especially the aerobic exercise training which can let the level of the serum testosterone of the mice drop.
