　　目的对飞行人员临床样本库进行电子化和规范化管理。方法从顶层设计的角度对飞行人员临床样本库管理信息系统的构建问题进行了研究，分析系统的主要功能、建设原则、技术体系框架和系统组成等需求，提出了详细解决方案。结果根据实际需求，研究构建了一个系统、规范、科学、高效的飞行人员临床样本库管理信息系统。结论本研究成果能够为同类生物样本库管理信息系统的研制建设提供参考和借鉴。

Objective It was realized to electronically and normatively manage the flight crews clinic biobank. Methods The construction of management information system for the flight crews clinic biobank was studied in the view of top-level design. The requirement of main functions, construction principles, software architecture and system composition was analyzed. The detailed project was discussed. Results According to the actual requirement, a systemic, normative, scientific and efficient management information system was constructed. Conclusion The paper was supposed to present instruction and reference value for the construction of similar biobanks.
