目的探讨通过健康教育及综合干预措施有效降低空军招飞体检淘汰率的有效方法。方法在现有的技术和设备条件下,对2010-2012年度初检合格的7288名高三学生实施了健康教育普及、针对性训练及医学矫治等综合干预措施,并与2007-2009年度初检合格的6249名未实施干预措施的学生进行对照,评价健康教育及综合干预措施对招飞体检复选阶段整体及重点项目(淘汰率较高的检查项目)淘汰率的影响及其在招飞体检中应用的可行性和实效性。结果实施干预后的整体淘汰率较干预前明显下降;实施干预后重点项目的淘汰人数及淘汰率较干预前明显下降。结论将选拔空军飞行员的特殊工作与青少年重点人群健康保健活动有机结合,对参加招飞初检合格的高三学生实施健康教育普及、针对性训练及医学矫治等综合干预措施可显著降低招飞体检淘汰率并能促进特殊职业人才储备及青少年健康保健工作的发展。

Objective Effective ways were explored to cut down the fallout rate of air force flying cadet by health education and comprehensive intervention. Method Based on current technology and device, we provided health education, individual training, medical correction and other kinds of comprehensive intervention for 7288 senior high school students from 2010-2012, who were qualified and selected from preliminary physical examination. Then we compared them with the 6249 students who had not been given comprehensive intervention from 2007-2009 and evaluated the impact of health education and comprehensive intervention on fallout rate of on the whole physical examination and key items (items with high fallout rate) in the second round selection. The feasibility and timeliness of application in physical examination of pilot recruitment are also evaluated. Result After the application of comprehensive intervention, the fallout rate in physical examination obviously declined. The number of failed student and fallout rate of key items went down.Conclusion To organically combine the special work of pilot recruitment and health activities of targeted teenagers to strengthen health education, and to provide individual training, medical correction and other kinds of comprehensive intervention to the qualified students selected from preliminary physical examination can reduce the fallout rate and improve the development of health care in teenagers.
