　　目的：了解儿童面神经颧支及其分支，为皮瓣移植的选择等临床手术提供解剖数据和资料，以及影像学方面的指导。方法：对30例（12具男童尸，8具女童尸,10具成人尸体）的头面部标本上，并且通过制作儿童面部完整的标本，使用游标卡尺等测量工具对儿童面神经颧支、结构的测量及照片的拍摄，记录数据。结果：测量得到面神经颧支及其分支与腮腺和腮腺导管距离的相关数据。结论：熟悉儿童腮腺部、面部走行方向，分支分布及其与周围组织的毗邻关系，对于保护颧支及其分支免受损伤非常重要，使在面侧区及颧支的一些整形美容外科手术操作具有可行性。
　　목적：료해인동면신경권지급기분지，위피판이식적선택등림상수술제공해부수거화자료，이급영상학방면적지도。방법：대30례（12구남동시，8구녀동시,10구성인시체）적두면부표본상，병차통과제작인동면부완정적표본，사용유표잡척등측량공구대인동면신경권지、결구적측량급조편적박섭，기록수거。결과：측량득도면신경권지급기분지여시선화시선도관거리적상관수거。결론：숙실인동시선부、면부주행방향，분지분포급기여주위조직적비린관계，대우보호권지급기분지면수손상비상중요，사재면측구급권지적일사정형미용외과수술조작구유가행성。
Objective To understand children zygomatic branch of facial and its branches, such as the selec-tion of skin flap transplantation surgery clinical anatomic data and information provided, and the imaging guid-ance. Methods 20 patients (12 with boy's corpse, eight girls resin,ten adult`s corpse) on the head and facial spec-imens, and by making children's face intact specimens, use measurement tools such as vernier caliper for chil-dren, zygomatic branch of facial structure measurement and photos taken, record data. Results measurement for zygomatic branch of facial and its branches and parotid gland and parotid catheter related data. Conclusion be familiar with the children of parotid gland and facial line direction, branch distribution and its relation with sur-rounding tissues adjacent to, for the protection of the zygomatic branch and branch from injury is very important, in the lateral surface area as well as some of the zygomatic branch of the plastic surgery is feasible for operation.
