　　参与式农民工培训是将参与式方法应用于农民工培训工程的有力尝试，融入人本化的培训理念，改变了传统“自上而下”的培训模式。目前，参与式农民工培训模式尚处于探索阶段，理论体系和实践经验有待完善。本文通过对参与式农民工培训的特征阐述以及价值审视，提出了倡导体验式学习、运用对话式培训方法、构建动态培训范式、创建学习共同体等参与式农民工培训的对策。

Participatory training of migrant workers is a powerful attempt that participatory methods are applied to the training of migrant worker ,with people oriented traiing concept integrated ,and it changes the traditional “top -down” training mode .At present ,the participatory training of migrant workers is still in the exploratory stage ,and the theoretical system and practical experience are needed to be improved .This article first analyzed the features and values of participatory training of migrant workers ,then puts forward some related countermeasures , including advocating for experiential learning ,with conversational training methods ,to build a dynamic training mode ,as well as creating a learning - community .
