针对冷缩式电缆附件用硅橡胶绝缘,测量其高温140℃和180℃下的应力松弛特性,通过时-温等效原理反推出其在存储温度40℃及运行温度70~90℃下的力学松弛特性。研究结果可用于预测附件绝缘长期运行的使用寿命及指导制定室温下预扩张态的工厂存储周期。

According to the silicone rubber used in the cool shrinkable cable accessory, the proper-ties of stress relaxation under storage temperature of 40 ℃ and the operating temperatures of 70 ℃ and 90 ℃ were inversed through time-temperature equivalent principle, after the properties of relaxation were measured under high temperatures of 140 ℃ and 180 ℃. The test results can be used not only for the lifetime predictions of cable accessory in run but also for the instruction of accessory storage period in the factory under pre-expanded state.
