在水和乙醇组成的二元体系中,以 CuCl2为铜源,尿素为沉淀剂,分别以聚乙二醇(PEG )和醋酸钠(NaAC)为形貌控制剂,利用水热法可控合成了微球氧化铜和虾形花盘状氧化铜。采用 X 射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜分析(SEM )、能谱分析等方法对产物进行结构分析和表征。以花盘状氧化铜为例,通过时间实验,研究了其生长过程,提出了可能的形成机理。

Microsphere like and shrimp shape disk like CuO were synthesized by the hydrothermal meth -od in the C2 H5 OH - H2 O solvent by using CuCl2 as the copper source ,CO(NH2 )2 as a precipitation a-gent ,and PEG and NaAc as morphology control agents respectively .The as - prepared products were characterized and analyzed by means of X - ray diffraction (XRD ) , scanning electron microscopy (SEM ) and energy spectra .The formation process of disk - like CuO was studied by the time experi-ment ,and the possible formation mechanism was proposed .
