　　建设用地审批信息及时公布，是提高政府服务水平的一项重要举措。本文从建设用地审批信息发布实际需求出发，将网闸与 NAT 技术有机结合，提出了建设用地审批信息发布系统建设思路。本系统操作简便，且安全稳定，既能实现信息从内网向外网的实时发布，又能避免因内外网信息传递带来的安全隐患。
