通过分析电动玩具内部结构及外观造型的设计特点,探讨了基于 Pro /E 对电动玩具进行参数化设计的方法,并将其应用于具体的设计实践中,实现了以较少参数构建电动玩具造型变化,并快速呈现三维造型的设计效果,缩短了产品设计与制造周期,实现了产品系列化设计。

Based on the internal structure of electric toys and the characteristics of their appearance design, this paper presents a discussion on a parameterized design method for electric toys base on Pro /E.The application of this method to design practice has led to build an electric toy model with fewer parameters and enable a faster rendering of 3D modeling.It benefits enterprises by enabling them to agile follow up in the market,shorten the periods for product design and production and achieve a series of product design.
