利用超声波辅助合成粉煤灰/淀粉吸水保水复合材料,考察了粉煤灰、淀粉、交联剂、引发剂及中和度等因素对复合材料吸水倍率的影响,用 X-射线衍射及红外光谱分析样品的微观结构.结果表明:粉煤灰、淀粉与丙烯酸交联聚合良好.当粉煤灰、淀粉、交联剂和引发剂用量分别为丙烯酸单体质量的10%、5%、0.11%和0.20%,中和度为80%,反应温度为80℃时,复合材料吸自来水倍率达571.6 g/g ,吸 NaCl 水溶液倍率达74.5 g/g.
利用超聲波輔助閤成粉煤灰/澱粉吸水保水複閤材料,攷察瞭粉煤灰、澱粉、交聯劑、引髮劑及中和度等因素對複閤材料吸水倍率的影響,用 X-射線衍射及紅外光譜分析樣品的微觀結構.結果錶明:粉煤灰、澱粉與丙烯痠交聯聚閤良好.噹粉煤灰、澱粉、交聯劑和引髮劑用量分彆為丙烯痠單體質量的10%、5%、0.11%和0.20%,中和度為80%,反應溫度為80℃時,複閤材料吸自來水倍率達571.6 g/g ,吸 NaCl 水溶液倍率達74.5 g/g.

The water absorbing-retention composite of flyash /starch was prepared by ultrasonic assisted .The influ-ence factors to the absorbancy, which included fly ash, starch, crosslinker, initiator and degree of neutralization , were investigated.The structure of the samples was characterized by X -ray diffraction and infrared spectroscope.The results showed that there are strong chemical interactions of ionic crosslinking polymerization between fly ash , starch and a-crylic.When the amount of fly ash, starch, crosslinker and initiator, accounting for 10%, 5%, 0.11%, 0.20% of the monomer mass, the neutralization degree is 80%,the reaction temperature is 80 ℃,the absorbancy of the composite to tap water and 0.9%NaCl solution is 571.6 g/g and 74.5 g/g respectively.
