在碱性介质中,阿奇霉素对 luminol-KIO4化学发光体系有显著的抑制作用.基于此,提出了一种流动注射化学发光测定阿奇霉素的新方法.对检测条件进行了优化.样品检测速率为109个/h.在优化条件下,阿奇霉素的线性范围为3.0×10-8~9.0×10-6 mol/L,相关系数 r =0.994,检出限(RSN =3)为1.6×10-8 mol/L.对3.0×10-7 mol /L 的阿奇霉素溶液进行11次平行测定,其 RSD 为3.8%.将提出的方法成功应用于阿奇霉素胶囊中阿奇霉素含量的测定.

A new and rapid method for determination of azithromycin by flow -injection coupled with chemilumines-cence detection was developed , which based on azithromycin inhibiting effect on chemiluminescence system of luminol -KIO4 in alkaline solution.The running conditions of FI-CL system were investigated.And the sampling detecting rate was about 109 samples /h.Under the optimum conditions, linearity for azithromycin was found in the range of 3.0 × 10 -8 ~9.0 ×10 -6 mol /L with the detection limit (RSN =3) of 1.6 ×10-8 mol/L.The relative standard deviation (RSD)was found to be 3.8 % for 11 replicate determinations of 3.0 ×10 -7 mol/L azithromycin.The proposed meth-od has been applied for the determination of azithromycin in azithromycin capsule .
