利用波导的结构及其共振基本理论,建立了电场分布方程,根据边界条件和功率归一化得出色散方程.再利用抄Ey /抄x 导出了表面等离子波(SPR)、长程表面等离子波(LRSPR)和双面金属包覆波导(RMW)3种传感器的灵敏度.3种波导的灵敏度正比于 Pn /Ptotal .

The equation of electric-field distribution was established based on the fundamental theories of waveguide structure and the resonance , and also the dispersion equation was obtained according to the boundary condi -tions and power-normalization.Furthermore, the sensitivities of surface plasma wave (SPR), long-range plasma wave (LRSPR) and reversible metal-cladding waveguide (RMW) etc three sensors, were derived from ?Ey /?x.It is sug-gested that the sensitivities of three waveguides should be proportional to Pn /Ptotal .
