　　为不断地提升我国的高校教育教育水平和规模，为社会输送更多的专业技术和管理人员，国家实施了大规模的高校扩招计划。总体而言我国的高等教育在近十年中得到了飞速的发展，但在这过程中也暴露出一些问题。大批年轻的理工科青年教师作为高校教师队伍的重要组成部分，在带来新思想、新活力的同时，也带来了一些问题。本文就当前高校教育改革中高校理工科青年教师问题进行了探讨。

To continuously improve the higher education level and scale, and meet the demand of more professional and technical personnel from the society, our country has implemented the expansion plan of large scale enrollment in the university. Generally speaking, the level of higher education is developing rapidly around the decade, however, some problems also emerge during the process. As an important part in the higher education teachers team, a large quantity of the youth teachers of science and engineering, who have bought new thoughts and vitality, also bring some problems in the same time. This paper is going to study the issues of young teachers of science and engineering in the reform of the higher education.
