从客户满意的角度出发,分析了不同高职教育相关利益者的需求,通过借鉴和总结西方发达国家建立教育质量保证体系的经验,结合广东省高职教育的现状,提出要通过完善外部质量保证体系建设、引导和鼓励高职院校加强内部质量保证体系建设,从而提升教育质量的建议。

This paper has analyzed the demands of different partakers in vocational education from the perspective of customer satisfaction. Through using for reference and summarizing the experience in quality assurance system in western developed countries and the current situation in Guangdong higher vocational education, this article has put forward proposals in improving education quality by perfecting external quality assurance system, guiding and encouraging higher vocational colleges to strengthen internal quality assurance system in order to improve educational quality.
