　　目的：探讨护理干预对直肠癌术后患者的影响。方法：将88例直肠癌术后患者随机分为干预组和对照组，对照组接受常规护理，干预组除常规护理外，还进行系统的护理干预，包括术后心理干预、专科护理干预、饮食指导、支持疗法、健康教育。对比两组患者的护理效果。结果：干预组行护理干预后，其并发症发生率低于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），切口愈合时间差异无统计学意义（P>0.05）；干预组护理效果高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论：实施有效的护理干预能减少并发症发生，促进患者早日康复，提高生活质量。
　　목적：탐토호리간예대직장암술후환자적영향。방법：장88례직장암술후환자수궤분위간예조화대조조，대조조접수상규호리，간예조제상규호리외，환진행계통적호리간예，포괄술후심리간예、전과호리간예、음식지도、지지요법、건강교육。대비량조환자적호리효과。결과：간예조행호리간예후，기병발증발생솔저우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05），절구유합시간차이무통계학의의（P>0.05）；간예조호리효과고우대조조，차이유통계학의의（P＜0.05）。결론：실시유효적호리간예능감소병발증발생，촉진환자조일강복，제고생활질량。
Objective: To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on patients after resection of rectal cancer. Methods: 88 cases of rectal cancer were randomly divided into intervention group and control group: the intervention group received systematic nursing intervention besides routine care,including postoperative psycho-logical intervention, nursing intervention, diet guidance, supportive therapy, and health education. The nursing effects were compared between the two groups. Results: The incidence rate of complications in the intervention group was lower than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), wound healing time was not statistically significant (P>0.05); the nursing effect of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group, and there were statistically significant differences (P<0.05).Conclusion:The effective nursing intervention can reduce complications, promote the recovery of patients,and improve the quality of life.
