　　目的：利用易于获得的材料提高下泪小管断裂吻合术的可操作性。方法：以使用过的硅胶泪道引流管的导丝作为泪小管断裂吻合术中植入的硬膜外麻醉导管的导丝，观察手术的可操作性。结果：所有患者均成功吻合下泪小管并植入硬膜外麻醉导管。结论：以硅胶泪道引流管的钢质导丝作为下泪小管吻合术中植入硬膜外麻醉导管的导丝具有一定实用价值。
　　목적：이용역우획득적재료제고하루소관단렬문합술적가조작성。방법：이사용과적규효루도인류관적도사작위루소관단렬문합술중식입적경막외마취도관적도사，관찰수술적가조작성。결과：소유환자균성공문합하루소관병식입경막외마취도관。결론：이규효루도인류관적강질도사작위하루소관문합술중식입경막외마취도관적도사구유일정실용개치。
Objective: To improve operability of inferior lacrimal canaliculi anastomosis with recycled material. Methods: The implantation of epidural anesthesia catheter was guide with the guide wire of lacrimal drainage tube, and the curative effect was observed. Results: All Inferior lacrimal canaliculi anastomoses with implantation of epidural anesthesia catheter were successful. Conclusion: The method of guiding implantation of epidural anesthesia catheter with guide wire of lacrimal drainage tube has certian practical value.
