设计了一套基于IPC＋ PLC控制的汽车玻璃热弯炉自动控制系统，该系统可以实现炉丝功率调节、炉丝自动升降、组态王6．52和PLC通讯、炉盖开合控制、顶杆升降控制、保温控制、玻璃工艺文件保存读取及红外线实时检测玻璃温度等功能，通过监控软件、操作面板和温度仪表等实现人机对话。
設計瞭一套基于IPC＋ PLC控製的汽車玻璃熱彎爐自動控製繫統，該繫統可以實現爐絲功率調節、爐絲自動升降、組態王6．52和PLC通訊、爐蓋開閤控製、頂桿升降控製、保溫控製、玻璃工藝文件保存讀取及紅外線實時檢測玻璃溫度等功能，通過鑑控軟件、操作麵闆和溫度儀錶等實現人機對話。
설계료일투기우IPC＋ PLC공제적기차파리열만로자동공제계통，해계통가이실현로사공솔조절、로사자동승강、조태왕6．52화PLC통신、로개개합공제、정간승강공제、보온공제、파리공예문건보존독취급홍외선실시검측파리온도등공능，통과감공연건、조작면판화온도의표등실현인궤대화。
In this paper ,a set of automatic control system based on IPC + PLC control car glass hot bending furnace was designed ,this system can realize the function of furnace wire power control ,fur-nace silk elevator control ,configuration king 6 .52 and PLC communication ,furnace cover movable con-trol ,plunger elevator control ,heat preservation control ,configuration king file read and real -time de-tection glass temperature ,and the others ,through the overall monitoring system ,operation panel and display panel realization man-machine conversation .
