Portable near infrared spectrometer has the advantages of convenient carrying, fast and non-destructive detection, and on-site detection, and is widely used in post-harvest processing and quality control of fruit. Principle and composition of portable near infrared spectrometer for detecting fruit internal quality was introduced. The advanced progress of research and application at home and abroad was summarized. Finally, the development and trend of portable near infrared spectrometer for detecting fruit internal quality was put forward.
