随着计算机与数值计算技术的飞速发展,内燃机传热全仿真已成为大趋势,而且活塞组—气缸套作为内燃机传热过程的关键环节更是得到了广泛重视。采用耦合传热方法解决零件间的外边界条件,将其转换为单个零件的内边界条件,并直接对零件系统进行耦合计算。传热边界条件由工作过程分析程序和经验公式计算得出。以4100QBZ增压柴油机为例,对缸套—活塞组进行标定工况下的稳态热分析,并得到与实际工作状态相符合的结果。

With the high development of computer and numerical simulation methods, the numerical simulation of heat transfer in whole in-ternal combustion engine has become a major trend. As the key objective of the whole heat transfer research, in addition, piston group and cylinder liner has been widely valued. Coupled heat transfer method was put forward to resolve outer boundary conditions between parts which were transformed into inner boundary conditions of the single component, and the part system is coupled simulation directly. Boundary conditions of heat transfer were calculated through the working process program and the empirical formulas. Taking 4100QBZ turbocharged diesel engine as an example, the steady state thermal analysis of cylinder liner-piston group was performed under rated condition, and the result conformed to the actual working state.
