设计一种基于燃油电磁阀控制的柴油机机油失压自动停车系统。在柴油机机油压力低于设定的最低安全机油压力时,通过安装在机油主油道上的压力继电器使燃油电磁阀自动切断燃油,实现柴油机迅速停车并报警,有效提高柴油机的安全性。
設計一種基于燃油電磁閥控製的柴油機機油失壓自動停車繫統。在柴油機機油壓力低于設定的最低安全機油壓力時,通過安裝在機油主油道上的壓力繼電器使燃油電磁閥自動切斷燃油,實現柴油機迅速停車併報警,有效提高柴油機的安全性。
설계일충기우연유전자벌공제적시유궤궤유실압자동정차계통。재시유궤궤유압력저우설정적최저안전궤유압력시,통과안장재궤유주유도상적압력계전기사연유전자벌자동절단연유,실현시유궤신속정차병보경,유효제고시유궤적안전성。
The automatic stop system of diesel engine controlled by fuel electromagnetism valve was designed. The fuel electromagnetism valve was able to automatically switch off fuel through the pressure relay installed in the main lube conduit when the lube pressure was lower than the minimum safe pressure, and make the diesel engine quickly stop and alarm, effectively improve the safety of diesel engine.
