目前国内生物质成型机存在主要问题之一是配套的电动机功率较高、能耗高。在农村,小型拖拉机较多,因其功率较小,无法作为生物质成型机的动力源,使生物质成型机的使用受到限制,大量的生物质秸秆被焚烧。为了克服上述不足,本文介绍了YK―3生物质压块机研究设计和试验,确定出机器的主要参数和尺寸,所需配套功率小,3.67kW以上的小型拖拉机即可替代配套电动机,并且在降低机器能耗同时,生产效率和经济效益得到提高,适合在农村推广使用。

Nowadays, domestic biomass briquetting machine is confronting with one troublesome problem, e.g. high energy consumption from its unmatched high power motor. Due to the small power output tractors which are common used in rural area cannot afford the power requirements of biomass briquetting machine. The real situation restricts the application of biomass briquetting machine and great amount of biomass are burned, such as straws. In order to overcome the shortage, this paper proposed the design and experimental study on the YK-3 biomass briquetting machine and its main geometry dimensions are defined in detail. The proposed machine requires a relative lower power supply which can be offered by the small tractor whose engine power is more than 5 horse power. The present machine is a very good choice in rural area because of the low power consumption and the proving of economic efficiency.
