简述了国内外萘油深加工情况,总结了精馏法、结晶法、加氢精制法等工艺以及液膜分离、超临界流体萃取等多种分离新技术在萘油组分分离上的开发与研究。提出了在深入研究萘油中萘与其他物质形成的伴生物的基础上,将传统工艺与先进的分离技术有机地结合,可望在优化工艺、简化生产和节能减排的前提下,显著改善萘油的分离效果和工艺条件。
簡述瞭國內外萘油深加工情況,總結瞭精餾法、結晶法、加氫精製法等工藝以及液膜分離、超臨界流體萃取等多種分離新技術在萘油組分分離上的開髮與研究。提齣瞭在深入研究萘油中萘與其他物質形成的伴生物的基礎上,將傳統工藝與先進的分離技術有機地結閤,可望在優化工藝、簡化生產和節能減排的前提下,顯著改善萘油的分離效果和工藝條件。

This paper presented further processing for naphthalene oil in China and abroad ,summa-rized rectification method,crystallization method,hydrogenation method and separation technologies , such as liquid membrane separation,supercritical fluid extraction,etc.to be used for naphthalene oil separation.It also proposed a combination of conventional process and the advanced separation tech -nology based on the related analogues formed by the naphthalene and other components in the naph -thalene oil in the hope of improving naphthalene oil separation and process conditions with precondi -tions of optimized process,simplified production and energy-saving&pollution reduction.
