针对除尘系统改造后炉墙损坏、管道渗水、除尘器阻力升高等问题,结合除尘系统的工艺原理和设备状况,分析造成问题的原因,并通过采取改变备煤工艺参数、更换耐火材料、提高除尘系统压缩风压力等措施,较好的解决了运行中出现的问题,保证了除尘系统的正常运行。
針對除塵繫統改造後爐牆損壞、管道滲水、除塵器阻力升高等問題,結閤除塵繫統的工藝原理和設備狀況,分析造成問題的原因,併通過採取改變備煤工藝參數、更換耐火材料、提高除塵繫統壓縮風壓力等措施,較好的解決瞭運行中齣現的問題,保證瞭除塵繫統的正常運行。
침대제진계통개조후로장손배、관도삼수、제진기조력승고등문제,결합제진계통적공예원리화설비상황,분석조성문제적원인,병통과채취개변비매공예삼수、경환내화재료、제고제진계통압축풍압력등조시,교호적해결료운행중출현적문제,보증료제진계통적정상운행。
Regarding to the problems of modified dedusting system such as oven wall damage ,pipe leakage,high resistance in the dust catcher , this paper analyzes the reason to those problems considering the process principle and equipment condition of de-dusting system.The problems are well solved by changing process parameters of coal preparation ,replacing refractories and increasing the pressure of compressed air in the dedusting system ,so that normal operation of the dedusting sys-tem is ensured.
