为深入研究近距离厚煤层组综放开采覆岩破坏规律,并为合理留设露头区安全煤(岩)柱提供数据依据,指导浅部工作面防治溃水、溃砂等水害事故,以大屯矿区7,8煤近距离厚煤层组工作面为例,在前期上层煤(7煤)覆岩破坏规律观测研究的基础上,近期采用井下“两带”观测仪观测了下层煤(8煤)的“两带”高度发育特征,从而在我国率先全面实测了近距离厚煤层组工作面覆岩破坏规律。结果表明:上层煤的底板破坏范围与下层煤垮落带发育范围有重合区域时,下层煤垮落带高度增大;下层煤综放开采按综合采厚计算的裂采比与以往单一煤层的裂采比较为接近,但按下层煤采厚计算的裂采比高于综放开采单一煤层的裂采比52%。“三下采煤规程”中的“两带”高度预计公式在近距离厚煤层组综放开采条件下应当进一步完善。
為深入研究近距離厚煤層組綜放開採覆巖破壞規律,併為閤理留設露頭區安全煤(巖)柱提供數據依據,指導淺部工作麵防治潰水、潰砂等水害事故,以大屯礦區7,8煤近距離厚煤層組工作麵為例,在前期上層煤(7煤)覆巖破壞規律觀測研究的基礎上,近期採用井下“兩帶”觀測儀觀測瞭下層煤(8煤)的“兩帶”高度髮育特徵,從而在我國率先全麵實測瞭近距離厚煤層組工作麵覆巖破壞規律。結果錶明:上層煤的底闆破壞範圍與下層煤垮落帶髮育範圍有重閤區域時,下層煤垮落帶高度增大;下層煤綜放開採按綜閤採厚計算的裂採比與以往單一煤層的裂採比較為接近,但按下層煤採厚計算的裂採比高于綜放開採單一煤層的裂採比52%。“三下採煤規程”中的“兩帶”高度預計公式在近距離厚煤層組綜放開採條件下應噹進一步完善。

In this paper, to deeply study the overburden failure rules in sub-level caving mining of close distance thick coal seams group, and provide basis for the reasonable setting of safety coal and rock pillars in the outcrop area to control the water disasters (e.g.water inrush, sand inrush) occurred in shallow part coal face, taking one working face in close distance thick coal seams group (No.7 and No.8 Coal Seams) of Datun Mining Group as example, on the basis of early observation of overlying strata failure rules in the upper coal seam (No.7 Coal Seam), the underground “two zones” visualizer was re-cently used to observe the “two zones” height development characteristics of the lower coal seam (No.8 Coal Seam), thus taking the leading and comprehensive measurement of overburden failure laws in the working face of close distance thick coal seams group in China. The results show that when there exits coincidence area between the floor damage range of the upper coal seam and the caving zone develop-ment range of the lower coal seam,the caving zone height of the lower coal seam will in-crease.Meanwhile, the ratio of the fractured zone height to the mining height in sub-level caving mining of close distance thick coal seams group is similar to that in the one single coal seam according to the calculation of comprehensive mining thickness, while the ratio is higher than that in one single seam about 52% according to the calculation of lower coal seam thickness. Therefore, the calculation formula of “two zones” height in “Mine regulations in three special conditions” needs further improvement un-der the conditions of sub-level caving mining in the close distance thick coal seams group.
