目的：探讨口腔颌面部骨折患者的心理问题及对策。方法：通过对250例口腔颌面部骨折患者的心理问题的调查，实施相应的对策。结果：在情绪稳定性(E)方面，病例组与对照组之间差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01)。结论：针对患者的心理问题，采取相应的对策取得满意效果。

목적：탐토구강합면부골절환자적심리문제급대책。방법：통과대250례구강합면부골절환자적심리문제적조사，실시상응적대책。결과：재정서은정성(E)방면，병례조여대조조지간차이유통계학의의(P＜0.01)。결론：침대환자적심리문제，채취상응적대책취득만의효과。
Objective:To explore the psychological investigation and countermeasures of patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods:250 patients with oral and maxillofacial fracture were selected,we investigated their psychological problems so as to implement the corresponding countermeasures.Results:In the emotional stability(E),the difference between the case group and the control group was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:For patients with psychological problems,taking corresponding countermeasures can achieved satisfactory results.
