The 18th National Congress of CPC has decided to comprehensively improve the scientific level of party building as the theme of the Party building under new situation, and made new arrangements about the main line, the overall layout, the basic principles and overall objectives of the party building, and put forward new demands on comprehensively improving the scientific level of the party building under new situation. The 18th National Congress of CPC also clearly answered the significant question of what kind of party to build, and how to build a party under new historical conditions,and advanced the party’s building theory to a new level.
