芦岭选煤厂入洗原煤泥化严重,通过对入选原煤的粒度组成和浮选系统的煤泥的粒度组成进行了分析,并对煤泥进行了X射线衍射分析,研究了颗粒的粒度分布和煤泥中的矿物质种类和含量。通过方案的比较分析后对煤泥水处理系统进行了改造,使浮选精煤的灰分得到一定的降低,提高了精煤的产率和回收率,提高了选煤厂的经济效益。
