以低温多效蒸发海水淡化装置中的水平管降膜蒸发过程为研究对象,对海水水平管降膜蒸发的传热系数在不同蒸发温度、雷诺数(Re)等条件下沿圆周角方向的分布特征进行了实验研究。研究结果表明:海水作为实验流体时,传热系数随蒸发温度的升高而降低,随 Re的增大而呈现先升高,达到最大值后略微降低的趋势,随圆周角的增大而先减小后增大。
以低溫多效蒸髮海水淡化裝置中的水平管降膜蒸髮過程為研究對象,對海水水平管降膜蒸髮的傳熱繫數在不同蒸髮溫度、雷諾數(Re)等條件下沿圓週角方嚮的分佈特徵進行瞭實驗研究。研究結果錶明:海水作為實驗流體時,傳熱繫數隨蒸髮溫度的升高而降低,隨 Re的增大而呈現先升高,達到最大值後略微降低的趨勢,隨圓週角的增大而先減小後增大。

The study is focused on the heat transfer process of the horizontal‐tube falling film evaporation in a low temperature and multiple effect distillation (MED ) desalination plant . The distribution characteristics of heat transfer coefficient of horizontal‐tube falling film evaporation for sea water along the tube circumference direction are investigated at different evaporation temperatures and different Reynolds numbers (Re) .Analytical results indicate that the growth of evaporation temperature is disadvantageous to the average heat transfer coefficient of sea water falling film evaporation .The heat transfer coefficient increases with the growth of Reynolds number until it reaches the maximum value ,and then a little decrease will appear in it . The local heat transfer coefficient decreases along the tube circumference angle ,but at the bottom of the tube ,it show s an increasing trend .
