Anise samples were dealt with microwave digestion,then the content of plumbum was determined by graphite furnace-atomic absorption spectrometry. The linear range of plumbum's absorption spectrometry was 0~100.0 ng·mL-1 (R=0.999 3). The adding standard recovery was 95.24%~103.08%. The RSD was 0.79%~2.61%(n=6). This method in which sampling quantity was little, with high accuracy and precision, could be used for detection of plumbum in anise and provided reliable technical support for food safety.
