以川芎为原料,采用水提醇沉法对川芎多糖的提取工艺进行研究,通过单因素试验及正交试验优化的最佳提取工艺条件为:物料粒径60目,提取温度60℃,提取时间1.5 h,料液比1∶14,提取2次,川芎多糖提取率可达3.72%。

Taking Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort as raw material, the extraction process of polysaccharide from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort was studied by using water extraction and alcohol precipitation method. Through the single factor experiment and orthogonal test, the optimum extraction condition was as follows: particle size was 60 mesh, extraction temperature was 60 ℃, extraction time was 1.5 h, the ratio of material to liquid was 1∶14, extracting for 2 times, the extraction rate of polysaccharide from Ligusticum chuanxiong Hort could up to 3.72%.
