目的：探讨分析联合检测 HPV-DNA 和 TCT 对宫颈癌的诊断价值。方法选择来我院进行妇科检查的女性486例，进行 HPV-DNA、TCT 检测。结果单项检测 HPV-DNA 敏感性最高（84．87％），但特异性（52．69％）以及阳性预测值（44．95％）最低；HPV-DNA ＋TCT 联合检测的特异性（81．63％）、阳性预测值（64．61％）和诊断符合率（81．28％）都明显高于两者的单独检测，差异有统计学意义（P ＜0．05）。结论联合检测 HPV-DNA 和 TCT 可提高宫颈癌的诊断水平。

목적：탐토분석연합검측 HPV-DNA 화 TCT 대궁경암적진단개치。방법선택래아원진행부과검사적녀성486례，진행 HPV-DNA、TCT 검측。결과단항검측 HPV-DNA 민감성최고（84．87％），단특이성（52．69％）이급양성예측치（44．95％）최저；HPV-DNA ＋TCT 연합검측적특이성（81．63％）、양성예측치（64．61％）화진단부합솔（81．28％）도명현고우량자적단독검측，차이유통계학의의（P ＜0．05）。결론연합검측 HPV-DNA 화 TCT 가제고궁경암적진단수평。
Objective To study the diagnostic value of combined detection of HPV-DNA and TCT in cervical carci-noma.Methods 486female came to our hospital for gynecological examination were selected.HPV-DNA,TCT was de-tected.Results The sensitivity of the highest single detection HPV-DNA (84.87%),but the specificity (52.69%)and positive predictive value (44.95%)the lowest;specificity of combined detection of HPV-DNA and +TCT (81.63%), positive predictive value (64.61%)and the coincidence rate (81.28%)was obviously higher than that of both the sin-gle detection,the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05).Conclusion Combined detection of HPV-DNA and TCT can improve the level of diagnosis of cervical cancer.
