为实现300 mm厚大型冷高压分离器制造,本文对16MnR及16MnR(HIC)厚壁容器钢化学成分、材料特性、热处理工艺进行了系统性试验。试验证明,通过采用合理的热处理工艺,调整碳当量,可以生产出符合技术要求的306 mm以下大型16MnR(HIC)和16MnR厚壁钢冷高压分离器锻件。

In order to manufacture 300 mm thickness large cold high-pressure separator, a series of tests have been performed to research the chemical composition , material characteristic and heat treatment process of the steel used for 16MnR and 16MnR (HIC) thick wall vessel.The tests show that the qualified forging of large cold high-pressure sepa-rator of 16MnR and 16MnR (HIC) thick wall steel not more than 306 mm thickness can be manufactured by applying reasonable heat treatment process and adjusting carbon equivalent .
