目的提高本实验室对勃起功能神经电生理检测的准确度,校正本实验室的参考值。方法对本区3657名高中男生体检时随机抽样366人常规进行球海绵体反射(Bulbocavernosus reflex response),阴部体感神经诱发电位(Pudendal somaticevoked potential),阴部运动神经诱发电位(Pudendal motorevoked potential),阴茎皮肤交感反应(Penile sympathetic skin responses, PSSR)检测。所得潜伏期数据计算均值、标准差。结果球海绵体反射的潜伏期为(33.71±10.21)ms、阴部脊髓体感神经诱发电位潜伏期为(10.88±2.75)ms、阴部皮层体感神经诱发电位潜伏期为(40.23±5.43)ms、阴部脊髓运动神经诱发电位潜伏期为(9.78±2.26)ms、阴部皮层运动神经诱发电位潜伏期为(23.18±5.25)ms、阴茎皮肤交感反应的潜伏期为(1229.88±233.21)ms。结论建立勃起功能神经电生理检测的本地实验室校正参考值是必须的球海绵体反射小于43.92ms、阴部脊髓体感神经诱发电位小于13.63ms、阴部皮层体感神经诱发电位小于45.66ms、阴部脊髓运动神经诱发电位小于12.04 ms、阴部皮层运动神经诱发电位小于28.43 ms、阴茎皮肤交感反应小于1463.09 ms。

Objective To enhances the accuracy of the electrophysiological in assessment of erectile function and normalize the laboratory reference value. Methods In 3657 middle school students who receivedphysical examination, 366 were randomly selected for testing conventional bulbocavernosus reflex response,pudendal somaticevoked potential,pudendal motorevoked potential and penile sympathetic skin responses respectively. The collected data were calculated and analyzed. Rusults The incubation period of bulbocavernosus reflex response was (33.71±10.21)ms, The incubation period of pudendal somaticevoked potential from spinal was (10.88±2.75)ms, The incubation period of pudendal somaticevoked potential from cortex was (40.23±5.43)ms, The incubation period of pudendal motorevoked potential from spinal was (9.78 ±2.26)ms, The incubation period of pudendal motorevoked potential from cortex was(23.18±5.25)ms. The incubation period of penile sympathetic skin responses was (1229.88±233.21)ms. Conclusion What reference value of erectile function neural electrophysiology were normalized in local laboratory was necessary prior to use in clinic. The incubation period of bulbocavernosus reflex response was less than 43.92ms, The incubation period of pudendal somaticevoked potential from spinal was less than 13.63ms, The incubation period of pudendal somaticevoked potential from cortex was less than 45.66ms, The incubation period of pudendal motorevoked potential from spinal was less than 12.04ms, The incubation period of pudendal motorevoked potential from cortex wasless than 28.43ms, The incubation period of penile sympathetic skin responses was less than 1463.09ms.
