目的通过建立铅中毒模型,研究褐藻胶对醋酸铅染毒雄性小鼠生殖的影响。方法将雄性昆明种小鼠随机分为空白组、模型组、青霉胺组、褐藻胶低、中、高剂量组。除空白组外,其他组腹腔注射醋酸铅,以相应药物治疗。30d后与正常雌鼠交配两个性周期,交配结束后处死雄性小鼠测定血铅水平、雄性器官指数、精子畸形率活动度。在同笼后的15~21d处死雌鼠,记录怀孕鼠数及孕鼠平均胎数。结果模型组雄鼠的血铅浓度高于空白组及各实验组(P<0.05);褐藻胶组雄鼠的睾丸、附睾脏器指数高于模型组(P<0.05),精子畸形率低于模型组(P<0.05),活动率高于模型组(P<0.05),与褐藻胶组雄性小鼠交配的怀孕雌鼠数及孕鼠平均胎数均高于模型组(P<0.01)。结论褐藻胶对醋酸铅染毒雄性小鼠生殖有保护作用。
目的通過建立鉛中毒模型,研究褐藻膠對醋痠鉛染毒雄性小鼠生殖的影響。方法將雄性昆明種小鼠隨機分為空白組、模型組、青黴胺組、褐藻膠低、中、高劑量組。除空白組外,其他組腹腔註射醋痠鉛,以相應藥物治療。30d後與正常雌鼠交配兩箇性週期,交配結束後處死雄性小鼠測定血鉛水平、雄性器官指數、精子畸形率活動度。在同籠後的15~21d處死雌鼠,記錄懷孕鼠數及孕鼠平均胎數。結果模型組雄鼠的血鉛濃度高于空白組及各實驗組(P<0.05);褐藻膠組雄鼠的睪汍、附睪髒器指數高于模型組(P<0.05),精子畸形率低于模型組(P<0.05),活動率高于模型組(P<0.05),與褐藻膠組雄性小鼠交配的懷孕雌鼠數及孕鼠平均胎數均高于模型組(P<0.01)。結論褐藻膠對醋痠鉛染毒雄性小鼠生殖有保護作用。
목적통과건립연중독모형,연구갈조효대작산연염독웅성소서생식적영향。방법장웅성곤명충소서수궤분위공백조、모형조、청매알조、갈조효저、중、고제량조。제공백조외,기타조복강주사작산연,이상응약물치료。30d후여정상자서교배량개성주기,교배결속후처사웅성소서측정혈연수평、웅성기관지수、정자기형솔활동도。재동롱후적15~21d처사자서,기록부잉서수급잉서평균태수。결과모형조웅서적혈연농도고우공백조급각실험조(P<0.05);갈조효조웅서적고환、부고장기지수고우모형조(P<0.05),정자기형솔저우모형조(P<0.05),활동솔고우모형조(P<0.05),여갈조효조웅성소서교배적부잉자서수급잉서평균태수균고우모형조(P<0.01)。결론갈조효대작산연염독웅성소서생식유보호작용。
Objective To study the effects of alginate on the reproductive system of male mice with lead poisoning. Methods The mice were randomly divided into the blank group, the model group, the penicillamine group, and three alginate groups. Mice in the other five groups were intraperitoneally injected with plumbic acetas except mice in the blank group, and then mice were treated with the corresponding medicine in the penicillamine group, and three alginate groups. Subsequently mice were mated with sexually mature females and their reproductive ability was evaluated. Results (1) Level of blood lead in the model group was higher than that of the control group (P<0.05); (2)The testis index and epididymis index in alginate groups were higher than that of the model group (P<0.05);(3)The rate of sperm deformity in alginate group was lower than that of the model group (P<0.05), while the activity rate was higher than that of the model group (P<0.05);(4)The rates of pregnancy in alginate groups were higher than those the model group (P<0.05). Conclusion Alginate had protective effects on the reproductive system of mice with lead poisoning.
