目的：评价张力环在晶体半脱位手术中的应用价值。方法对10例（10眼）晶体半脱位患者在白内障超声乳化术中植入囊袋张力环，随访3～6个月，测量视力，眼压，观察人工晶体位置。结果所有病例中，视力较前提高，人工晶体位正，无倾斜及偏位。结论囊袋张力环是晶体半脱位白内障超声乳化术的安全有效辅助器械，能够防止术后人工晶体偏位，降低术后并发症，有利于术后视功能的早期恢复。
목적：평개장력배재정체반탈위수술중적응용개치。방법대10례（10안）정체반탈위환자재백내장초성유화술중식입낭대장력배，수방3～6개월，측량시력，안압，관찰인공정체위치。결과소유병례중，시력교전제고，인공정체위정，무경사급편위。결론낭대장력배시정체반탈위백내장초성유화술적안전유효보조기계，능구방지술후인공정체편위，강저술후병발증，유리우술후시공능적조기회복。
Objective To evaluate the application value of CTR in the subluxated lens .Methods Capsular tension ring were implanted in 10 cases(10 eyes) of subluxated lens ,and during 3~6 months follow-up,vision,intraoculared pressure were measured ,and the position of artificial lens were observed .Results All cases had improved visual acuity .The IOL in all cases were in the normal position with-out tilting or decentration .Conclusion The CTR implantation during phacoemulsification is a safe and effective method for traumatic sublux -ated lens.It can prevent the IOL decentration and decrease the surgerial complications and be good to the recovery of visual function in the early stage after the operation .
