With the miniaturization and low power of Integrated circuit, it is a chiefly problem that analog circuit works in low voltage. Reference current source is very important block in analog circuit. So reference current source working in low voltage is very important for low power integrated circuit. A new reference current source fabricated in 0.13μm,1.2 V CMOS technology is described in the article. Post-simulation shows that the reference current source can work in 1.2 V voltage and its power is 380μW, its temperature coefficient is 15×10-6·℃-1.
