目的:探讨优化外来手术器械消毒灭菌流程对器械灭菌效果和手术质量的影响。方法:抽选在我院手术室行手术治疗的130例患者,随机分为对照组和实验组,各65例,对照组采用的外来器械均由厂家器械盒直接包装后灭菌应用于手术,实验组规范对手术外来器械的管理,优化管理流程,采用的外来器械由我科供应部予以清洗、标准蓝筐分拆包装、灭菌后再应用于手术室;比较不同管理流程下两组患者的伤口愈合、切口感染情况,同时观察实行优化外来器械的灭菌流程前、后三个月的器械抽查合格率。结果:优化外来器械灭菌流程后,器械的合格率为100%,明显高于优化前(P<0.05);实验组切口感染率低于对照组,伤口愈合情况优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:优化手术外来器械的灭菌流程,能明显提高手术器械的灭菌合格率以及手术质量,保证手术患者的安全。

목적:탐토우화외래수술기계소독멸균류정대기계멸균효과화수술질량적영향。방법:추선재아원수술실행수술치료적130례환자,수궤분위대조조화실험조,각65례,대조조채용적외래기계균유엄가기계합직접포장후멸균응용우수술,실험조규범대수술외래기계적관리,우화관리류정,채용적외래기계유아과공응부여이청세、표준람광분탁포장、멸균후재응용우수술실;비교불동관리류정하량조환자적상구유합、절구감염정황,동시관찰실행우화외래기계적멸균류정전、후삼개월적기계추사합격솔。결과:우화외래기계멸균류정후,기계적합격솔위100%,명현고우우화전(P<0.05);실험조절구감염솔저우대조조,상구유합정황우우대조조(P<0.05)。결론:우화수술외래기계적멸균류정,능명현제고수술기계적멸균합격솔이급수술질량,보증수술환자적안전。
Objective:To explore the effect of optimizing foreign operation equipment sterilization process of the instrument sterilization and operation quality.Methods:Selected in 130 patients in our hospital operation room operation,were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 65 cases in each group,The control group by manufacturers of equipment box directly applied to packaging sterilization after operation,The experimental group used external instruments by the Ministry of supply in our department to be cleaned,standard basket partition packaging,sterilization and then used in the operation room;compared two groups of patients with wound healing,infection of incision,and observe the differences of exotic instruments sterilization qualified rate.Results:Optimizing foreign instrument sterilization process,the qualification rate of equipment was 100%,significantly higher than that before optimization (P<0.05);The infection of incision in the experimental group was lower than the control group,wound healing is better than that of the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Disinfection and sterilization process optimization of foreign operation device,can significantly improve the qualified rate of sterilization operation apparatus and operation quality,to ensure the safety of operation.
